Smart City District Heilbronn, Germany
On a former railway station site, a new inner city district with residential and commercial areas is to be developed. The aim is to create an innovative energy and infrastructure concept by planning local heat and power grids to realize a sustainable inner city district with its own, distinctive character. Implementation requires a phased approach towards an economically sustainable smart city concept. The project comprises concept development and implementation of the Smart City District Heilbronn.
