The aspect of social responsibility is additionally considered in an environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA). Monitoring of implementation and adherence to recommended mitigation, avoidance and compensatory measures are conducted through environmental auditing by experienced experts.

In an environmental due diligence review, we check and evaluate the environmental risks of a company or a project. This serves to reveal to a potential buyer, right from the outset, any potential environmental risks and the costs for the target asset that could arise as a result.
