Power system study for planning a target network for a German city
A medium-voltage grid comprising over 3500 stations is to be optimized with regard to its technical, economic and operational characteristics under consideration of its current and future transmission tasks. Power supply quality is to be maintained at its present level. The main objective of the study is to develop an efficient and sustainable target network for the selected medium-voltage grid from the year 2025 onwards. This study is to form part of the power system operator’s overall medium-term planning of its target network.
