Consultancy services for mining legislation reform, Tajikistan
The Government of Tajikistan was assisted by the mining experts of the Fichtner Group in instituting mining legislation reform and structuring the country’s mining authorities. In this context we made recommendations for reformulating the Law on Mining together with its associated guidelines and regulations. The aim of this reform is to create an attractive climate for foreign investors in Tajikistan's mining sector.
