Jordan’s Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) launched a program to attract private developers to invest in renewable energy projects through a direct proposal submission scheme. Fichtner assisted the ministry in implementing the program over a period of eight years. After structuring the process, we selected pre-qualified developers, prepared instructions for proposal development, drafted project agreements, and managed the proposal development phase. We also provided support with bid evaluations, contract award recommendations and in contract negotiations.
