Fichtner is mandated by its client, a European financial investor, to identify the technical risks of 18 thermal waste-treatment plants and assess them monetarily. The consulting services cover the assessment of power plant system und environmental aspects, formulation of an OPEX / CAPEX model, identification of cost cutting and value added potential as well as recommendations for the bid.
