SCADA/EMS upgrade, design, construction and supervision, Kenya
Within the framework of this project, Kenya Power and Lighting Company upgraded and renewed their entire SCADA/EMS and associated communication network. The SCADA/EMS consists of a national dispatch centre in Nairobi and four regional control centres. Following the feasibility study Fichtner provided owner’s engineering services from the tendering phase to commissioning and assisted during the defect liability period.
