General planning for expansion of operating premises, Germany
The development services provider, Bertrandt, is erecting a new administration building in Mönsheim, near Stuttgart, to accommodate a staff of 1700. General planning of this project is entrusted to Fichtner. We undertake feasibility studies, tendering and planning of all technical disciplines: architecture, structural planning, technical building services, traffic and infrastructure planning, building physics, and acoustics. Additionally, we provide oversight during construction. Our tasks also include the design of the local energy supply as well as the building’s tie-in to communal supply and traffic infrastructure. For this project, we take the approach of integrated planning through building information modeling (BIM) for the entire site.
