Fichtner IT Consulting assisted the district heating system operator in working out a strategic concept for further development of IT systems for load management and operation monitoring. The focus was on specifying robust structures and interfaces with improved integration of I&C and automation technologies into IT systems and, as far as possible under the constraints of stringent safety and dependability aspects, system-wide information flows.
