Feasibility study on infrastructure development for oil and gas installations, Uganda
To ensure that a refinery and several gas installations in Uganda will be implemented, Fichtner was contracted to prepare a feasibility study on the required infrastructure for transport and storage of crude oil and gas. This covered not only the legal and regulatory framework, but also possible equity participation structures and tariff options as well as dimensioning and positioning of pipelines and also storage capacities. Additionally, the entire system was assessed under technical and economic aspects.
