Asset management concept for a regional electricity producer, Switzerland
The project aim was to develop an asset management concept for a regional Electricity Producer. Fichtner’s services were to bring about a new understanding of roles, adapt the staff-line and procedures organization, work out a new monitoring and control concept, and assess and select asset strategies. The outcome was a new asset and IT concept.
