Selected project examples

For construction of a natural gas pipeline from Ungheni at the Romanian border to the capital Chişinău, Fichtner was contracted to undertake a feasibility study. Subsequent to comprehensive technical, ecological, financial and economic analyses, our environmental experts undertook an in-depth environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) in compliance with the EBRD Environmental Policy (2008) and EIB standards. Additionally, we supported the Moldovan government in organizing the public consultation process.
