Techno-economic appraisal: financial loss assessment for a power plant, Europe
In connection with civil litigation relating to construction of a new power plant, Fichtner evaluates what, if any, financial damage resulted from delays in commissioning the plant and assesses the various methods of determining alleged damages that have been cited by the opposing party at different times. The outcome is an independent estimate of the damages with expert assessments for use in settlement negotiations and during court proceedings.
