Outdoor test bench for gas turbines and compressors, Germany
A mechanical engineering company built an outdoor test bench for gas turbines and compressors. For safety reasons, an outdoor facility with variable roof construction was selected. Fichtner undertook general engineering for the civil works, service lines and connections, process engineering, electrical engineering and I&C, and undertook all services phases for facilities planning and structural engineering, through detailed engineering up to bid solicitation and site supervision. Fichtner also took charge of project management and coordination of the general contractor.
