Hydrogen strategy: Project South
The client intended to realise a strategic lighthouse project in the hydrogen sector. To this end, Fichtner evaluated various strategic options together with the client's team. Following this initial phase, Fichtner drew up a project concept, a cost estimate, and an implementation plan.
