Königswinter climate protection concept, City of Königswinter, Germany
An integrated climate protection concept is prepared for the town of Königswinter. Under this concept, potentials for energy conservation and climate protection are identified, and concrete proposals made for their exploitation. A key focus of this concept is practical and economic measures, for example in connection with municipally owned property.
Additionally, the concept provides a foundation for strategic development and future monitoring of energy saving and climate protection activities.
It is oriented to the stipulations of the German ministry of the environment for integrated climate protection projects, and takes due account of the numerous activities on EU, federal German, state and regional levels."
