Calculating price forecasts for power products in European countries requires a customized model for each market.

The project’s aim is to investigate the various models for common features as well as specific attributes and so devise a modular system for configuring price forecasting models. For this purpose, source code in Matlab and in Visual Basic is investigated. The result is an object framework in Matlab code for development and maintenance of compact models.
