About The Division

Senior consultant for privatization projects with focus Eastern Europe (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

The scope of our projects in the energy and utilities sector includes (feasibility) studies, regulatory issues, privatization projects on the procurement as well as on the developer side, investment projects during conception, tendering, award, execution and restructuring as well as bank advisory services.

  • Independent management and handling of consulting projects in the energy and utilities sector with focus on Eastern European countries, these include e.g. PPP projects, M&A, technical due diligence, technical audits, project structuring, etc
  • Support our technical teams as a consultant with a commercial, strategic focus and interface with the client's senior management, other consultants, financing institutions
  • Selection, management and monitoring of Eastern European as well as international subcontractors
  • Provide technical support to our Eastern Europe business development in preparing, clarifying, presenting and negotiating our proposals to clients

Your Profile

  • You have a diploma or master degree in the field of economics, industrial engineering or engineering
  • You have several years of professional experience as a consultant in the energy and utilities sector with experience in Eastern Europe and with a strong interface with technical topics
  • Fluent command of Ukrainian or Russian language as well as fluent English (oral and written) is a prerequisite
  • Basic knowledge of the German language is an advantage
  • You are a team player willing to travel with the interest to take responsibility in local as well as international projects.
