Seawater Desalination / Reverse Osmosis Site Project Manager

Your Tasks

  • Manage the consultant project team on a construction site, represent the company in front of client and EPC contractor
  • Understand and execute the owners engineer contractual obligations and scope of work
  • Lead the consultant site project team and ensure their understanding and compliance with the client project management procedures
  • Lead meetings with client and EPC contractor to deliver project successfully
  • Strong communication skills to address upcoming problems and project challenges and find practical mitigations without deviating from consultant’s contractual obligations
  • Strong technical knowledge in seawater Desalination project processes, erection, procurement, and commissioning
  • Close coordination with Fichtner head office to follow up project engineering topics
  • Lead preparation of project weekly and monthly reports
  • Lead and complete project closure report
  • Structured and effective approach

Your Profile

  • Project Manager in the field of seawater desalination projects with at least 15 years of professional experience
  • PMP certification is mandatory
  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Owners Engineers Experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills to lead Client, and Owners engineers site staff
  • Good understanding of EPC contractors operation and thinking
