About The Department

As part of a team of 50 engineers and sales staff, you will advise and support our international clients on new projects and proactively pursue tenders in the energy and water sector as well as in the field of strategy consulting with a focus on the Middle East sales region. In addition, you will offer our high-quality consulting services to potential new clients.

Sales Engineer / Proposal Manager (m/f/x) for the Middle East Region

Your Tasks

  • Continuously monitoring the market situation and identifying new markets
  • Drawing up and costing proposals in close cooperation with our technical experts
  • Confidently presenting proposals to clients and negotiating them with clients
  • Providing technical advice and support to our existing clients
  • Establishing contact with and acquiring new clients
  • Contributing to developing new consultancy solutions

Your Profile

We are open to candidates with professional experience or even graduates!

  • Good to very good degree in engineering, preferably related to the energy industry or environmental engineering
  • You are interested in issues related to new technologies, renewable energies and sustainability, e.g. green hydrogen
  • You have the ability to explain complicated topics in an easily understood way
  • You are business fluent in English, while knowledge of German and Arabic would be an advantage
  • You will contribute strong communication skills both within the company and externally
  • The ability to cope with a heavy workload, a persuasive demeanor and the willingness to undertake business trips round off your profile
