About The Division

As part of an internationally active team of 50 engineers and sales staff, you will advise and support our international clients on new projects and proactively pursue tenders in the energy and water sector as well as in the field of strategy consulting with a focus on the ASEAN sales region. In addition, you will offer our high-quality consulting services to potential new clients.

We are looking to fill a permanent position at our Kuala Lumpur offices as soon as possible with a long-term oriented and highly motivated

Sales Engineer for the ASEAN Region (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

  • Continually monitoring the market situation in the ASEAN region to identify new sales opportunities
  • Preparing and costing proposals in close cooperation with our specialist engineers
  • Submitting, negotiating and following up on proposals
  • Providing technical advice to existing clients
  • Contacting and acquiring potential new clients
  • Helping to develop new, innovative consulting solutions

Your Profile

  • Degree related to the energy industry or environmental engineering
  • Structured approach to work and the ability to explain complicated topics in an easily understood way
  • Ideally you have sales experience in an international context
  • You have a business-fluent command of English
  • You will contribute strong communication skills both within the company and externally
  • You are flexible and open to new things
  • Willingness to go on business trips within the ASEAN region
