IT System Administrator for 2nd Level Support of Internal Customers (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

• Administration and further development of the supported business applications, e.g. Microsoft 365 and VMWare
• Technical analysis, evaluation and optimization of IT architectures and IT core processes
• Software management and software installation as well as handover of software projects to the technical department
• General 2nd level support for internal end customers (client environment)
• IT product evaluation and IT selection

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have a degree specializing in computer science or you have completed training as an IT specialist
• Good general basic knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as PowerShell skills
• General programming skills
• Experience in the configuration and support of workflow solutions (SharePoint Designer or Nintex)
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• A fluent command of English, while a command of German would be an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a teamCross-departmental and cross-functional mindset
