Your Tasks

The range of the projects includes the development of studies, preliminary and basic designs, the preparation of specifications, the preparation of tenders, and bid evaluation up to the award of the delivery contract as well as the support and monitoring of project implementation with interface coordination and coordination in multidisciplinary teams with customers and other project participants.

  • Support of the technical project management of our Eastern Europe projects in the project management areas issue tracking, scheduling and control, cost, risk and contract management, document management, etc. by leading the project management team and/or taking over individual topics
  • Definition, organization and structuring of information gathering as well as reporting (internal and external), tracking and controlling of project performance indicators
  • Supporting the selection, management and monitoring of local subcontractors
  • Technical support of our Eastern Europe business development team in preparing, clarifying, presenting and negotiating our offers to customers

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in engineering or a master's degree in the field of engineering, infrastructure planning or a comparable discipline
  • You have several years of professional experience as a project manager/ in project controls, whereby the fields of energy systems, power plant or utility supply engineering are an advantage.
  • You are proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, as well as the current tools of MS Office 365
  • Fluent command of Ukrainian or Russian language as well as fluent English (oral and written) is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of the German language is an advantage
  • You are a team player willing to travel with the interest to take responsibility in local as well as international projects
