About The Division
To maintain our sustainable growth process, we are looking to fill a permanent position as
Branch Manager Fichtner Lima, Peru (m/f/x)
Your Tasks
- Lead project teams on complex engineering projects and construction supervision mainly in the sectors of hydropower, renewable energies, and water infrastructure
- Coordinate project execution with our competence centers in Germany
- Build up and manage a team of local engineering experts and sub-contractors
- Support the development of an overall strategy to ensure sustainable growth of Fichtner’s presence in Peru
- Assist the Fichtner sales department to capture new business and maintain existing clients as well as the preparation of proposals
- Regularly meet with external entities, including clients, contractors and partners, to establish strategy and execution of projects, pursue new business, negotiate contracts, and review project status
Your Profile
- Master's degree in engineering and/or business administration required
- 10+ years professional experience, preferably in the field of technical consultancy and engineering services
- Substantial project management experience in the power and/or water sector
- Substantial experience in management of teams
- Commercial skills, e.g. contract and payment terms, risks, pricing, and budgeting
- Experience working in Peru and the South American region
- Business fluent in English and Spanish
