Qualification and skills:

- Master planning / least-cost generation expansion planning
- Project cost estimation (for thermal power project)
- Risk analysis in accordance with World Bank standards
- Sensitivity analysis
- Preparation of implementation schedules and ToR for implementation services

Qualifications and skills:
- University degree in economics/finance/engineering
- Fluent in English language, Russian knowledge would be advantage

- Extensive Experience in energy sector of Russia or NIS Countries
- Experience in appraisal and development of energy sector investment projects
- Experience in regulatory issues of Energy sector

In our Photovoltaic / Solar Technologies Department, primarily for large-scale PV installations, our consultancy services cover:
- techno-economic feasibility and conceptual studies
- yield projections
- specifications for large-scale PV installations
- review of projects with regard to their technical configuration
- check of construction and operating contracts – EPC and O&M – under their technical and commercial aspects.
We provide support to PV projects, from evaluation of their practicability and site evaluation, through tendering and contract award, oversight of construction, participation in acceptance tests and commissioning, up to verifying electricity yields during operation. For these tasks, we work primarily under contract to banks, investors and energy utilities. Our projects are implemented mainly within Europe outside of Germany, but also in other parts of the world.
For our expanding Photovoltaic / Solar Technologies Department, we are seeking
Photovoltaic Experts, as freelance or salaried employees
to participate in our projects in a responsible capacity, with an increasing degree of independence.
- You have accumulated many years of experience in the field of photovoltaics and solar energy.
- You have a university level qualification in energy technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, economics or environmental engineering.
- You are keen on participating in international projects and are prepared to travel.
- You have a good mastery of both written and spoken English, with knowledge of other languages desirable.
